Welcome to Portside Roof Gutter. By requesting a quote or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Scope of Work

Portside Roof Gutter provides professional gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and solar panel cleaning services. The specific scope of work for your property will be detailed in your individual quote.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Quotes are based on a physical inspection or information/images provided by the client. If we arrive at the property and find unexpected conditions (e.g., severe damage, hidden blockages, or safety hazards), we reserve the right to revise the quote before starting work.

3. Access to Property & Safety

You agree to provide our team with safe and unobstructed access to the property, including areas around the perimeter of the roof and an outdoor water supply (tap) if required.
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a service if the work environment is deemed unsafe (e.g., presence of aggressive pets, structural instability, or dangerous heights without proper anchor points).

4. Weather Delays

Roof and gutter work is highly dependent on the weather. For the safety of our team and the quality of the job, we cannot work during heavy rain, high winds, or storms. If poor weather occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your booking to the next available date.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card as specified on your invoice.

6. Liability & Pre-existing Damage

While we take the utmost care with your property, Portside Roof Gutter is not liable for pre-existing damage to your roof, tiles, gutters, solar panels, or surrounding structures.
We will notify you of any pre-existing damage or issues we spot while carrying out our services.
